The Information We Collect
To use the MyClosingPapers service, you must register or be registered by a participating real estate broker for an account and provide some limited personal information, which may include your name, password, e-mail address, mobile phone number and other identifying information. You can update your personal information at any time by logging into the client area of MyClosingPapers web site.
MyClosingPapers is a service that allows you to view and retireve the client's stored real estate closing documents. MyClosingPapers also provides a tool for the client to create and maintain a home inventory, related images and personal documents. This inventory, images and documents are private to the client and not viewable by other individuals.
How We Use The Information
MyClosingPapers uses the information we collect to set up and provide the MyClosingPapers service to you. MyClosingPapers also stores some or all of the information we gather from processing images through the MyClosingPapers service in a database for the purposes of improving the accuracy and performance of the service. Unless approved by you in advance, MyClosingPapers will not provide third parties with access to any information captured from processed images. We may review personal information for the purposes of resolving a problem or support issue.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
When you use MyClosingPapers to send an email to someone else, your email address is displayed to the recipient.
Except as expressly provided in this policy or in the MyClosingPapers terms of use, or as stated at the time we request information, we do not disclose your email address, phone number or any other personal information to any third parties.
